Mr. Thierry Le Henaff has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of Arkema since 2006. Prior to this, he has worked with Total Chemical’s Management Committee in 2004 and Atofina’s Executive Committee in 2003. Mr. Henaff also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bostik Findley in July 2001 and served in various operational positions in Total’s adhesives division at Bostik in 1992. He started his career at Peat Marwick Consultants. Currently, he also serves as the Director of Ecole Polytechnique Foundation since 2016 and France Industrie since 2021.

Ms. Marie-Jose Donsion has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2018. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Alstom and held various operational financial positions in Alstom’s subsidiaries in France and across the world. Ms. Donsion began her career at Coopers & Lybrand and worked in the Audit division from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Armand Ajdari has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Research &Development from 2017 to 2002 and also held different positions including Senior Vice President in Research & Development for the Innovative Materials sector in Saint-Gobain group.
