Mr. Sanjay S. Lalbhai has been the Chairman and the Managing Director of the company since 2007. He also serves as the President of Ahmedabad Education Society and Ahmedabad University. Mr. Lalbhai also hold the position of Chairman of Council of Administration of Ahmedabad Textile Industry’s Research Association and a member of the Council of Management of the Physical Research Laboratory.

Nigam Shah has been the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Arvind Limited since September 2026. Prior to this, he acquired over two decades of corporate experience across the infrastructure, manufacturing, and financial services sectors, developing specialized expertise in capital structuring, large-scale transactions, and corporate governance frameworks.

Mr. Jayesh K. Shah is the Group Chief Financial Officer and Diirector of the company. Previously, he also served administrative, financial regulatory and managerial positions. Mr. Shah currently serves as the member of Governing Council of Ahmedabad Management Association, Director of Adi Finechem Limited and e-Infochips Limited.
