Mr. Shigeo Ohyagi has been the Chairman of the company since March 2025. Previously, he served as the Director, and Advisor of Teijin Limited in 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Teijin Limited. He also served as the President and Director, Chief Executive Officer of Teijin Limited. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director and Senior Managing Director of Teijin Limited.

Mr. Atushi Katsuki has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, and Executive Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Managing Director, and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as a Managing Director, Managing Executive Officer, and Director of the company. Earlier, he served as the Executive Officer of the company and Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company's subsidiary Asahi Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd from 2016 to 2017. He also served as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company's subsidiary Asahi Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Katsuki served as the Senior Officer, General Manager of Business Development Section of the company from 2011 to 2014 and he also served as the Senior Officer, Manager of Corporate Strategy Department, Manager of International Headquarters of the company from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Katsuki joined the company in 2002.

Mr. Kaoru Sakita has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Officer, and Director of the company since March 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Director and Executive officer of the company in 2022. Priro to this, he served as the Head of Procurement Division, General Manager of Procurement Section of the company. Mr. Sakita joined the company in 1988.

Ms. Drahomira Mandikova has been the Chief Sustainability Officer, and Executive Officer of the company since March 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Asahi Europe & International Ltd. Previously, she served as the Corporate Affairs Director of Asahi Breweries Europe Group. She also served as the Corporate Affairs Director of Central Europe at the company. Earlier, she served as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Communication, Czech and Slovak Republic, Plzensky Prazdroj in 2010.
