Mr. Dheeraj G Hinduja is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he has served as the Co-Chairman of the Board of the company. He has been involved in business from 1994, and has been associated in India and abroad with the development of several infrastructure projects. Mr. Hinduja has also been a Director of the company from 1996.

Mr. Gopal Mahadevan is the Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Ashok Leyland. He is a member of the board of several companies in the Ashok Leyland Group. Prior to current position, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Thermax. Mr. Mahadevan also held various positions in Finance with Sanmar Group, Sify and Amara Raja Batteries.

Mr. Shenu Agarwal has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this, he served as a President of Escorts Kubota Ltd. Preceding this, he served as the CEO of Escorts Kubota’s Agri Business.

Mr. Balaji K M has been the President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served various management roles across MIS, Budgets and budgetary controls, investor relations, costing, treasury, working capital management, capital budgeting and capital expenditure management, Product Cost Engineering, Indirect taxes, Business Finance, Sales Finance, payables and receivables; with over 31 years of expirence.

Mr. Ganesh Mani S is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Hyundai Motors. He also held various leadership positions at Maruti Suzuki Ltd. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of CII Chennai Zone.
