Mr. Pascal Soriot has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served at Roche AG as the Chief Operating Officer of Pharmaceutical division from 2010-2012. Mr. Soriot has been serving in the pharmaceutical industry since 1986 and held senior management roles in the US, Asia and Europe.

Ms. Aradhana Sarin has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since August 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alexion. Ms. Sarin also served as a Managing Director of Healthcare Corporate and Investment Banking at Citi Global Banking; the Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at UBS; and served the M&A Advisory and Healthcare groups at JP Morgan.

Mr. Marc Dunoyer has been the Chief Executive Officer-Alexion and Chief Strategy Officer of AstraZeneca since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Director and Astrazeneca’s Chief Financial Officer from November 2013. Previously, he also served as the Global Head of Rare Diseases at GSK and Chairman, GSK Japan.

Ms. Pam P. Cheng has been the Executive Vice President of Operations and Information Technology, and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Global Supply Chain Management & Logistics of Merck. Previously, she also served as the President of MSD China. She also held various engineering and project management positions at Universal Oil Products, Union Carbide Corporation and GAF Chemicals.

Mr. Jeff Pott has been the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served in management roles related to IP, anti-trust and product liability litigation. Mr. Pott also served in leadership roles involving pharmaceutical product liability litigation and anti-trust advice and litigation at the US legal firm Drinker Biddle and Reath LLP.
