Atara's is undertaking several research and development (R&D) initiatives focusing on several key activities: Enrolling patients in a Phase 3 clinical trial for tab-cel, aimed at treating EBV+ post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) in patients who have not responded to rituximab. Developing and manufacturing drug supplies to support ongoing and new clinical studies. - Advancing the next-generation CAR T-cell programs. - Exploring additional uses for tab-cel, specifically targeting EBV+ cancers. - Progressing with other preclinical product candidates. - Leveraging partnerships to in-license or acquire new product candidates or technologies.
