Ms. Carol Gallagher has been the Chairman of the company since December 2022. She serves as a Director of the company since 2013. She serves as working partner with New Enterprise Associates since 2014. She also works as Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the Salk Institute. Prior to this, she served as venture partner with Frazier Healthcare from 2013 to 2014.

Mr. Pascal Touchon has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Atara since May, 2019. He previously served as the Global Head of Strategy and Business Development at Novartis. Prior to joining Novartis, Mr. Touchon held several leadership roles in general management, research, marketing, and business development at companies including Sanofi, Glaxo, Glaxo-Wellcome, and Servier.

Mr. Eric Hyllengren has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Head of Investor Relations from 2020 to 2023. Earlier to this, he worked as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Hyllengren served in different finacial roles at Amgen Inc for 15 years.

Mr. Amar Murugan has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer since 2023. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel from 2020 to 2023. Earlier to this, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2018 to 2020 at Assertio Therapeutics Inc. Mr. Murugan served as Vice President, Legal and Deputy General Counsel from 2016 to 2018. Previously he handled the operations as Vice President, Legal Affairs from 2013 to 2016.

Ms. Amie Krause has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company. Prior to this, Ms. Amie Krause held several HR leadership positions at Amgen, including Global HR Lead.
