Mr. Seppo Paavola has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chairman from 2008 to 2011 and was the member of Supervisory board of Atria Plc from 2006 to 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Seppo served as the Deputy Chairman from 2008 to 2011, Chairman since 2012 of Itikka Co-Operative, Director of Pellervo since 2012 and a member of Co-operative Advisory Committee of Pellervo Confederation from 2012 to 2017. Presently, he serves as the Chairman for Perhonjokilaakso Co-operative Bank since 2002 and a Chairman of Supervisory Board for Itikka Co-operative since 2012.

Mr. Juha Grohn has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2011. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Atria Scandinavia and Vice President of Atria Plc from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Atria Finland Ltd and Vice Managing Director of Atria Plc from 2006 to 2010. Earlier, Mr. Grohn served as a Director for Meat Industry and Vice Managing Director for Atria Ltd from 2004 to 2006. He also served as a Director for Steering and the Vice Managing Director of Atria Ltd from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Juha served as Director of Slaughterhouse Industry and Vice Managing Director of Atria Ltd from 1999 to 2003. He served as the Director of Meat Product and Convenience Food Industries, Atria Ltd from 1993 to 1998. He also served as R&D manager of Itikka-Lihapolar from 1991 to 1993; and, Foreman, Lihapolar from 1990 to 1991.

Mr. Tomas Black has been the Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President of Atria Denmark of the company since 2018. Previously, Mr. Black served as the Executive Vice President at Atria Scandinavia from 2011 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice president of Atria Baltic from 2010 to 2011. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Atria Plc from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Tomas also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Huhtamaki Americas or Rigid Europe from 2003 to 2007. He served as the Financial Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Huhtamaki Oyj from 1996 to 2002. He also served as the Financial Manager of Huhtamaki Finance Oy, and Lausanne from 1990 to 1995.

Mr. Jarmo Lindholm has been the Executive Vice President of Atria Sweden since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Atria Russia, Vice President of Product Leadership, and Vice President of Product Group Management, Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Custom Service Manager and Commercial Director, Atria Finland Ltd, at the company.
