Mr. John T. Stankey has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2020 and Chairman of the company since February 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company October 2019 to June 2020. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Warner Media, LLC. He served in various leadership positions within the company including as the Chief Strategy Officer from 2012 to 2015; President and CEO of AT&T Business Solutions from 2010 to 2011; President and CEO of AT&T Operations, Inc. from 2008 to 2010; Group President-Telecom Operations from 2007 to 2008; Chief Technology Officer from 2004 to 2006; and Chief Information Officer from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Stankey began his career with the Company in 1985.

Mr. Pascal Desroches has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of WarnerMedia. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Turner and Global Controller of Time Warner Inc. He also served as the Director of Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and Metropolitan Dallas. He previously was a Trustee of St. John’s University and Directors of Davita Inc.

Mr. Jeffery S. McElfresh has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Communications. Earlier, he served as the President of AT&T Communication's Technology and Operations Group. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of AT&T’s Vrio, AT&T’s DIRECTV Latin America, and SKY Brasil businesses from 2015 to 2018 and as Senior Vice President of the company’s Strategy and Corporate Development Group. Earlier, he served as the President of AT&T Mexico and a Directors of Telmex and America Movil. He also held several operational positions with AT&T’s (BellSouth International) wireless businesses in Latin America.

Mr. Jeremy Legg has been Chief Technology Officer of AT&T Services, Inc since May 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer - AT&T Technology Services of AT&T from June 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of WarnerMedia from December 2018 to June 2020, and Chief Technology Officer of Turner from June 2015 to December 2018.

Ms. Kellyn Smith Kenny has been the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Hilton Worldwide. Ms. Kenny held various senior management positions at Uber Technologies, Capital One Financial, and Microsoft Corporation.
