Mr. Scott L. Morris has been the Chairman of Avista since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from January 2008 to January 2018; Chief Operating Officer from May 2006 to December 2007; Chairman of its subsidiaries, including Chairman of the Ecova; and held various management positions in construction and customer service and general manager of its Oregon utility business. Mr. Morris also served as the Vice President from November 2000 to February 2002, and Senior Vice President; and took part in Spokane nonprofit and economic development Boards. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Washington Roundtable, Edison Electric Institute and McKinstry.

Ms. Heather Rosentrater has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and as a Senior Vice President of the company. Ms. Rosentrater also served as the Senior Vice President of Energy Delivery and Shared Services of the company from January 2020 to September 2022; Senior Vice President of Energy Delivery from October 2019 to December 2019; and Vice President of Energy Delivery from December 2015 to October 2019.

Mr. Kevin J. Christie has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Regulatory Affairs Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of External Affairs and Chief Customer Officer of Avista from 2023 to 2019; the Vice President of External Affairs and Vice President of Customer Solutions from February 2015 to 2018; and held various other management and staff positions between 2005 and 2015.

Mr. Jason Thackston has been the Senior Vice President of Energy Policy and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy and Clean Energy Officer from September 2022 to December 2024; Senior Vice President of Energy Resources and Environmental Compliance Officer of the company from May 2018 to September 2022; Senior Vice President of Energy Resources from January 2014 to May 2018; Vice President of Energy Resources from December 2012 to January 2014; and Vice President of Customer Solutions – Avista Utilities from June 2012 to December 2012. Mr. Thackston also served as Vice President of Energy Delivery from April 2011 to December 2012; Vice President of Finance from June 2009 to April 2011; and various other management and staff positions with the Company since 1996.

Mr. Alexis Alexander has been the Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Officer, and Vice President of the company since 2025. He served as a Director of Applications for Energy Delivery, Energy Resources, Customer Solutions, and Business Enablement. He served as Director of Generation Production and Substation Support.
