Mr. Niraj R. Bajaj has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Currently, he serves as a Director at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. Mr. Bajaj also serves as the Chairman at Bachhraj & Company, Chairman and Managing Director at Mukand Limited and the Vice Chairman at Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited. Prior to this, he served as a President at Alloy Steel Producer's Association and the Indian Stainless Steel Development Association.

Mr. Rajiv Bajaj has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2005. Currently, he serves as a Director at Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd, Bajaj Finserv Ltd and Bajaj Finance Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Bajaj served in various positions at the company in the areas of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, R&D and Engineering, and Marketing & Sales Departments.

Mr. Dinesh Thapar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Reliance Retail for 3 years. Prior to this, Mr. Thapar also served as the Vice President in Beauty & Personal Care Division and also served in other leadership roles in Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Investor Relations at Hindustan Unilever Limited.

Mr. Ramtilak Ananthan has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2024.

Mr. Ravi Kyran Ramasamy is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of Human Resource of the company in 2017. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Human Resource of Texas Instruments in Dallas.
