Mr. Ge Haijiao has been the Chairman of the bank since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Governor of Hebei Province from November 2021 to March 2023, Vice Governor of Hebei Province from September 2019 to November 2021, Executive Director of China Everbright Group Ltd from November 2018 to September 2019, and Executive Director and President of China Everbright Bank from January 2019 to September 2019. Previously, he had worked in Agricultural Bank of China for many years, serving as Deputy General Manager of Dalian Branch, General Manager of Singapore Branch, Deputy General Manager (department general manager level) of the International Banking Department of the Head Office and General Manager of Heilongjiang Branch.

Mr. Zhang Hui has been the Vice Chairman of the bank since January 2025 and has been its President since December 2024. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of China Development Bank. Mr. Zhang worked at Bank of Communications, where he served as the Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, he held positions including General Manager of the Risk Management Department and Director of the Internal Control and Crime Prevention Office, General Manager of the Risk Management (Asset Preservation) Department, and President of the Guizhou Branch.

Mr. Liu Jin has been a Director of the bank since 2025. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of the bank. Mr. Liu served as the Executive Vice President of China Development Bank. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager of the CDB Beijing Branch, Director-General of the Policy Research Department, and Director-General of the Education & Training Bureau while also being the Dean of the CDB Institute of Development Finance.

Ms. Zhao Rong has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since October 2024. She served as the Chief Business and Management Officer of the bank from December 2022 to September 2024. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager of Shanghai Branch of the Bank from November 2015 to October 2020, and Executive Vice President of Shanghai RMB Trading Unit from July 2014 to May 2021. Previously, she worked as the General Manager of the Executive Office and Spokesman of the Bank from October 2009 to March 2014. Prior to this, she served as Deputy General Manager of the Executive Office, Director of Personal Banking Department and Deputy General Manager in Wealth Management of the Personal Banking Unit.

Mr. Zhang Yong has been a Director of the bank since 2023. Previously, he served as a Director of China Development Bank. Mr. Zhang served as a Director of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation. Prior to this, he worked as the Deputy General Manager of the Information Management Department and Head of the Information Release Division of the Head Office of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
