Mr. Ge Haijiao has been the Chairman of the bank since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Governor of Hebei Province from November 2021 to March 2023, Vice Governor of Hebei Province from September 2019 to November 2021, Executive Director of China Everbright Group Ltd from November 2018 to September 2019, and Executive Director and President of China Everbright Bank from January 2019 to September 2019. Previously, he had worked in Agricultural Bank of China for many years, serving as Deputy General Manager of Dalian Branch, General Manager of Singapore Branch, Deputy General Manager (department general manager level) of the International Banking Department of the Head Office and General Manager of Heilongjiang Branch.

Mr. Liu Jin has been the Vice Chairman and President of the bank since 2021. He serves as Vice President of the bank since 2024. He joined the bank in 2021. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director of China Everbright Bank from March 2020 to March 2021, President of China Everbright Bank from January 2020 to March 2021 and a Director of China Everbright Group from December 2019 to March 2021. He served as an Executive Vice President of the China Development Bank. He also worked at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as Deputy General Manager of its Shandong Branch, Vice Chairman, Executive Director, General Manager of ICBC (Europe) and General Manager of the Investment Banking Department of its Head Office, General Manager of ICBC Frankfurt Branch, and General Manager of its Jiangsu Branch. He was appointed as Vice Chairman of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited in August 2021.

Mr. Wang Wei has been a Director and Executive Vice President of the bank since 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Director of Agricultural Bank of China from February 2018 to November 2019. He held various positions in Agricultural Bank of China including Deputy General Manager of Gansu Branch and General Manager of the Human Resources Department.

Ms. Meng Qian has been the Chief Information Officer of the bank since May 2022. Ms. Meng has served as General Manager of Information Technology Department of the bank since November 2019 and General Manager of Enterprise Architecture Office since September 2020. Ms. Meng served as General Manager of the Software Center of the bank from December 2014 to November 2019.

Mr. Liu Jiandong has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the Credit Management; and General Manager of Investment Banking of the bank. Previously, Mr. Jiandong served as Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Banking Unit and Department of the bank.
