Mr. Vincent Warnery has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Head of Consumer HealthDivision at Sanofi. He also served as the Vice President of Consumer Health Care Europe Division at Sanofi. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Active Cosmetics (Pharmacy) Division at L’Oreal, France. He also served as the General Manager Consumer Products Division at L’Oreal, France, L’Oreal, Japan, L’Oreal, Latin America, L’Oreal Garnier/Maybelline, Germany and L’Oreal, Portugal. He also served as the Marketing Group Manager and Marketing Director at L’Oréal, Garnier. Earlier, he served as the Senior Brand Manager at Bacardi, France. He also served as the France Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, France.

Ms. Gitta Neufang is the Chief Research & Development Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development of the company. Previously, she also held senior leadership role at the company including Chief Medical and Innovation Officer of Pharmacy Brands from 2019 to 2021, Director of Medical Management from 2014 to 2019, Manager of Eucerin Actives & Clinicals from 2013 to 2014, and Manager Research of Dermatological Skin Care from 2011 to 2012.

Michael Frey has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since July 2024. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Supply Chain RUMEAA from 2023 to 2024, Supply Chain Director for Germany and Switzerland from 2020 to 2023, Supply Chain Director of Australia and New Zealand from 2017 to 2020, and Managing Director of Beiersdorf Manufacturing Berlin from 2014 to 2017 at the company. Previously, he also served as Assistant to Board from 2009 to 2011, and Project Manager of Industrial Engineering from 2008 to 2009 at Brose Group.

Mr. Reinhard Pollath has been the Chairman of the company since 2008. Previously, he served as a Member of the Executive Board at Tchibo Holding AG from 2002 to 2003. Prior to this, he served as the General manager at hotel and real estate company from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, he served as a Partner of a German law firm.

Ms. Barbara Wentzel has been the Deputy Chairwoman of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, she served as Manager of Global Platforms and Partnerships, Head of Media, Corporate Director and Head of Brand Communication Planning of the company. Previously, she also served as Managing Director of International at Omnicom Media Group Germany from 1990 to 1997.
