Mr. Craig Allen has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer since 2018. Prior to this, he served in various roles of Quest Diagnostics and General Electric.

Mr. Michael Schmid has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served in various leadership roles at Demant North America, Ratiopharm Canada, Convatec Germany, Azupharma and Merck KGaA.

Ms. Jane Pine Wood has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served in private practice at McDonald Hopkins LLC. She also serves as a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.

Dr. James Weisberger has been the Chief Medical Officer, Executive Vice President, and Laboratory Director of the company. Dr. Weisberger served as the Chief Resident of Pathology department at Westchester Medical Center. He also serves as the Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology and Medicine at the New York Medical College, as a Fellow and Member of the New Jersey House of Delegates for the College of American Pathology, and as a Fellow of the American Society of Clinical Pathology. He is also a member of the New Jersey Society of Pathology and Association for Molecular Pathology.

Mr. Richard Schwabacher is Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Customer Experience & Engagement at Pfizer and as the Executive Director, Consumer Technology, Digital Solutions and Head of Sports Diagnostics within Healthcare Technology and Analytics Solutions at Quest Diagnostics.
