Ms. Lea Anne S. Ottinger has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Bare Escentuals Inc in 2010. She served as the Vice President of Berkshire Partners from 1982 to 1989. She also served as a Director of Bare Escentuals, Inc from 2004 to 2010.

Mr. Lyle D. Tick has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. Prior to this, Mr. Tick served as Brand President of Buffalo Wild Wings. He also served as Managing Director, Boots Retail USA for Walgreens Boots Alliance. Mr. Tick served in global and North American marketing leadership roles at Bacardi. Earlier, Mr. Tick served in several executive leadership roles at marketing and advertising agencies, including at Gotham, J. Walter Thompson, and McGarryBowen.

Mr. J. Todd Wilson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc, a publicly traded full-service restaurant chain from November 2022 to December 2025. Mr. Wilson also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hopdoddy Burger Bar, a privately-held L Catterton Growth portfolio company from 2018 to 2022. He served as the Vice President of Finance for Jamba Juice, a quick-service restaurant and juice bar from 2016 to 2018.

Mr. Christopher P. Pinsak has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Restaurant Operations Officer from 2024 to 2025, and Senior Vice President of Operations from 2010 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Regional Vice President of Operations from 2004 to 2009.

Mr. Brian Krakower has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for Restaurant Revolution Technologies from 2007 to 2012. Earlier, he worked as the Vice President of Information Technology with California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. from 2003 to 2007. He also served as the Senior Director of Information Technology-Corporate Systems for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated. Before that, he worked as the Senior Director for Information Systems & Technology of House of Blues Entertainment, Inc from 1997 to 2003.
