Mr. Russell R. Shaller has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of Identification Solutions business of the company from 2015 to 2022. Previously, he served as the President of Teledyne Microwave Solutions from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Shaller also held a number of positions at W.L. Gore & Associates, including Division Leader, Electronic Products Division from 2003 to 2008 and General Manager of Gore Photonics from 2001 to 2003.

Ms. Ann E. Thornton has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company from 2016 to 2023. She also serves as the Corporate Controller and Director of Investor Relations of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served various positions of the company include as an External Reporting Manager, Corporate Accounting Supervisor, Corporate Finance Manager, Corporate Accounting Manager and Director of Global Accounting from 2009 to 2014. Previously, Ms. Thornton served as the auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2005 to 2009.

Mr. DeBruine was appointed to serve as Chief Operating Officer in June, 2024. He is responsible for Brady's overall operational performance and optimization of the Company's use of assets, information technology, and supply networks. In addition, he oversees Brady's sustainability efforts. He was appointed Vice President of Operations in 2022 and has been with Brady since 2000. Mr. DeBruine previously was the Director of Operations – Identification Solutions Americas, and prior to that held local, regional and global roles in manufacturing, procurement and engineering within the company. Prior to Brady, Mr. DeBruine held various operating leadership roles in automotive tier one supply and electric motor manufacturing industries.

Ms. Jane Li has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since January 2026. Prior to this she served as as Chief Technology Officer for Honeywell. Before this she lead a variety of roles of increasing responsibility at Siemens Logistics.

Mr. Bradley C. Richardson has been the Chairman of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avient Corporation from 2013 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Diebold, Inc. and as the Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy and Chief Financial Officer of Modine Manufacturing. Mr. Richardson has served on the boards of Modine Manufacturing and Tronox, Inc. He also serves as Director of Virco Mfg. Corporation. He spent 21 years with BP Amoco serving in various financial and operational roles.
