Mr. Campbell P. Brown has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He has been a Director of Brown-Forman since 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Brown served as the President, Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Old Forester, the company’s founding bourbon brand from 2015 to April 2021. Previously, he served Brown-Forman in the emerging markets of India, the Philippines, and Turkey and most recently led the company’s wine and spirits portfolio in Canada and the Midwest region of the US.

Mr. Lawson E. Whiting has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Brands and Strategy Officer of the company from 2015 to 2017 and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Brands Officer from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Whiting also served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Western Europe from 2011 to 2013; Vice President and Finance Director of Western Europe from 2010 to 2011 and as the Vice President and Finance Director of North America from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Marshall B. Farrer is the Chief Strategic Growth Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Farrer served as President of Europe at Brown-Forman. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, and President of Europe from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Travel Retail and Developed APAC Region from 2018 to 2020. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Travel Retail from 2018 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and Managing Director of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey from 2014 to 2015.

Ms. Leanne D Cunningham is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Shareholder Relations Officer, Global Commercial Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis from 2020 to 2021, Senior Vice President, Shareholder Relations Officer from 2019 to 2020. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Brown-Forman Brands from 2015 to 2019, as a Director of finance and Vice President from 2013 to 2015 and Chief of Staff and Director of business development for Global Production from 2009 to 2013

Ms. Kelli N. Brown has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Director of Finance of the company from 2015 to 2018. Previously, Ms. Brown served as a Director of NAR Division Finance of the company from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, she also served as a Director of Business Planning and Analytics of the company from 2012 to 2013.
