Mr. Marshall B. Farrer has been the Chairman of the company since July 2025. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Strategic Growth Officer of the company from 2024 to 2025. He also served as the President of Europe of the company from January 2023 to March 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company from August 2020 to January 2023. Previously, he worked as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Travel Retail and Developed APAC Region of the company from August 2018 to July 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Travel Retail from May 2015 to July 2018. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and Managing Director of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey from January 2014 to April 2015.

Mr. Lawson E. Whiting has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from October 2017 to December 2018. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Brands and Strategy Officer of the company from February 2015 to September 2017 and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Brands Officer from January 2013 to January 2015. Mr. Whiting also served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Western Europe from 2011 to 2013 and Vice President and Finance Director of Western Europe from 2010 to 2011.

Mr. Jim Peters has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2026. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Whirlpool. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Whirlpool. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the North American Region of Whirlpool.

Ms. Christina M. Graven has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President Director of PSA/Total Rewards/Workplaces of the company from October 2024 to January 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President Director of People Strategy Analytics and Rewards of the company from May 2023 to October 2024. Previously, she served as the Vice President Director of People Strategy Analytics and Rewards of the company from February 2022 to May 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President Director of Global Talent Management of the company from May 2019 to February 2022. Previously, she served as the Vice President Director of Global Talent Acquisition and People Development of the company from 2018 to May 2019. She also held various positions at the company including Vice President and Director of People Strategy, Acquisition, and Analytics from July 2016 to August 2018, Vice President and Director of People Planning and Analytics from May 2015 to July 201 and Vice President Director of Corporate Analytics from May 2012 to May 2015.

Mr. Jeremy J. Shepherd has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the President USA and Canada of the company from March 2023 to January 2025. Mr. Shepherd served as a Senior Vice President of the company from July 2022 to March 2023. He served as a Vice President and the General Manager for the UK and Ireland of the company from January 2018 to July 2022. Mr. Shepherd served as a Vice President and Director of Midwest Division of the company from May 2015 to December 2017. He served as a a Portfolio Integration Director of the company from September 2014 to May 2015.
