Mr. Gary L. Carano has been the Chairman of the company since September 2014. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Eldorado Resorts LLC from 2004 to September 2014. He was a General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Silver Legacy Resort Casino from 1995 to September 2014. He served as General Manager and the Chief Executive Officer of Eldorado from 1980 to 1994. He started his career in gaming, hospitality and entertainment at Eldorado Hotel and Casino Reno in 1973.

Mr. Thomas R. Reeg has been the Chief Executive Officer of Caesars Entertainment since 2019. He serves as a Director of the company since 2014. He was the Chief Financial Officer from March 2016 to May 2019 and President from September 2014 to December 31, 2018. He was a member of the board of managers of Eldorado Resorts LLC from December 2007 to September 2014, as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for Eldorado Resorts LLC from January 2011 to September 2014 and a member of the executive committee of Silver Legacy from August 2011 to August 2014. He also served as a member of the board of managers of NGA HoldCo, LLC from 2007 to 2011 and directors of Autocam Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Previously, he served as a Managing Director and portfolio manager at AIG Global Investment Group from 2002 to 2005. Before joining AIG, he served as a senior high-yield research analyst at Bank One Capital Markets.

Mr. Bret Yunker has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director of JP Morgan Chase & Co. since 2013. Before joining JP Morgan Chase & Co., he held fourteen years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch covering gaming and leisure companies.

Ms. Stephanie D. Lepori has been the Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer of Caesars Entertainment since 2019. Prior to this, she held various management level positions with the company, including as Chief Accounting Officer. She holds over two decades of experience in finance and gaming and has been with the company since 1995. She started her career with Arthur Anderson LLP in Las Vegas. Currently, she serves on the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Board of Directors and Renown Health’s Compliance and Audit Committee and their Hometown Health Insurance Board of Directors.

Mr. Josh Jones has been the Chief Marketing Officer since February 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations from May 2019 to January 2021. He served as Vice President of Operations from May 2018 to April 2019 and as Vice President of Corporate Finance from January 2016 to April 2018.
