Mr. Paul Hermelin has been the Chairman of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company in 2000. He also served as the member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini France in 1996. Earlier, he served as the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade from 1991 to 1993. He joined the company in 1993.

Mr. Aiman Ezzat has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since May 2020. Currently, he serves as a Director of Air Liquide since. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Capgemini SE from January 2018 to May 2020 and Chief Financial Officer of from December 2012 to May 2018. Prior to this, he led the Financial Services Global Business Unit (GBU) from 2008 to 2012. He also served as the Deputy Director of Strategy at the company from 2005 to 2007. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director of International Operations at Headstrong from 2000 to 2004.

Ms. Nive Bhagat has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini’s Cloud and Infrastructure Services and Head of Cloud Infrastructure Services UK and Europe at Capgemini. Ms. Bhagat also served as a Director of Schneider Plc in 2022. Previously, she held various positions at Capgemini, including Head of Markets and Head of Private sector across the Applications business in the UK from 2010 and 2015. Earlier, she held several years at Infosys Technologies growing and heading Enterprise Solutions in Europe. She also worked in Corporate Finance with KPMG.

Mr. Anil Agarwal has been Chief Sales Officer of the company since July 2026. Prior to this, Anil served as Group Sales Officer for Northern & Central Europe of the company from 2020 to 2026. He also served as Managing Director of the Nordics. Earlier, he has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Scandinavia, Managing Director of Norway, Chief Operating Officer for Sweden, as well as Global Account Executive, and Head of Sales in Sweden.

Ms. Karine Brunet has been Chief Operations and Delivery Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services from 2024 to 2026. Earlier, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2019 to 2024.  Karine spent six years at Vodafone as the Technology Services Director. Prior to this, she worked as the IT Director for Steria’s Group Industrialized Service Lines and Group Chief Intelligence Officer from 2006 and 2013. Karine was Operation Vice President, ICT Europe, and South for the Alcatel Group 2003 and 2006.
