Mr. Rodney S Markin serves as Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Board of Director at the company. Before that he served several roles at University of Nebraska including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Associate Vice Chancellor for Business Development.

Mr. Mark Erlander has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Scientific Officer of the company. He also served as the Chief Scientific Officer at bioTheranostics. Previously, Mr. Erlander was a group leader, and subsequently, a Research Fellow at Johnson & Johnson. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, he served as an Assistant Professor at The Scripps Research Institute.

Mr. James E. Levine has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021.

Ms. Vicki Kelemen has been the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Clinical Development and Investor Relations of the company. MS. Vicki also served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications and as the Senior Director of the company.

Mr. Fairooz Kabbinavar, MD has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this he served as a Global Head of Research and Development at Huyabio International. Prior to this he served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Research and Development at Puma Biotechnology, and Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at Tocagen, Inc.
