Mr. Karsten Wildberger has been the Chief Executive Officer and Labour Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he was a member of the management board of EON SE an served as Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Wildberger held various senior positions within Telstra including Group Executive Telstra Retail from 2013 to 2016. He also served as the Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group from 2011 to 2021. Before that, he served for various management roles at Vodafone Group such as Chief Financial Officer and CCO, Bukarest from 2006 to 2011. He also worked for T-Mobile in UK and Germany from 2003 to 2006.

Mr. Kai-Ulrich Deissner has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Technology & Innovation at Deutsche Telekom AG from 2016 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of International Technology & Services Delivery at Deutsche Telekom AG from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he served various leadership roles at Hrvatski Telekom, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, Deutsche Telekom Kundenservice GmbH, T-Mobile International GmbH, mm1 Consulting GmbH, Pixelpark GmbH and Financial Times Deutschland GmbH & Co.

Mr. Thomas Dannenfeldt has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Currently, he serves as a Director at Nokia Oyj and on the Advisory Board (Beirat) of axxessio GmbH. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board at Deutsche Telekom AG and a Member of the Supervisory Board of T-Mobile US Inc. and BuyIn GmbH from 2014 to 2018. He served as a member of the supervisory Board of EE Ltd from 2014 to 2016 and Managing Director of Finance at Telekom Deutschland GmbH from 2010 to 2013. He worked in various management positions in sales, customer service and marketing at subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom AG from 1996 to 2006 and in sales department of DeTeMobil GmbH from 1992 to 1995.
