Chimera Investment Corp: Executives

Mr. Gerard Creagh has been the Chairman of the company since December 2020. Previously, he served as the President and a member of the Board of Directors at Duff & Phelps Corporation.

Mr. Phillip J. Kardis II has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company from 2015 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Kardis also served as partner at K&L Gates LLP.

Mr. Subramaniam Viswanathan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer – Global Mortgages and Securitized Products since 2012 and served other roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch since 2007. Mr. Viswanathan served as the Senior Vice President, Business Area Controller – Cash and Synthetic CDOs.

Mr. Jack L. Macdowell has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer. He also served as the Chief Investment Officer of Carrington Capital Management; Senior Portfolio Manager at Old Hill Partners and held various investment banking titles in the Asset Securitization Group at both RBC Capital Markets and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Ms. Miyun Sung serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. Ms. Sung also served as the Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Secretary at Finjan Holdings Inc.
