Mr. Zhou Zhiliang has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. He serves the Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of CRSC Corporation Group. Previously, he served as the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CRSC Corporation Group from 2012 to 2017. He served as the Vice President of China Railway Construction Corporation Ltd from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Zhiliang served as the Chairman of China Railway Construction Investment Group Co Ltd from 2011 to 2012. He served as the Deputy General Manager of China Railway Construction Corp from 2004 to 2007.

Ms. Luo Jing has been Chairperson of CRSC since April 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chairman and Party Branch Secretary of CRSC Institute of Smart City Research & Design Co., Ltd. from April 2018 to July 2020. Mr. Jing also served as the Director of Information Center and Deputy Director of the Company’s office from April 2016 to April 2018.

Mr. Zhang Zhihui has been the Vice President and Chief Engineer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served in the role of Deputy Chief Engineer of the company and Chief Engineer of CRSCD from 2015-2016. Mr. Zhihui also worked as Chief Engineer and Director of CRSCD from March 2012 to November 2015. Earlier, he worked as the Director of CRSCD Signal Station.

Mr. Wang Xiangtao has been Director, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CRSC Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. since August 2020. Prior to this, he worked as Deputy General Manager of the company since May 2015. From November 2016 to December 2020, Mr. Xiangtao served as Deputy General Manager of Technology of Xiangton Electric Urban Rail Equipment Co., Ltd; and Xiangton Urban Rail Vehicle Co., Ltd. from 2011 to 2015. Earlier, he worked in various roles of Xiangton Electric Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. from August 2007 to May 2011.

Mr. Hu Shaofeng has been the Chief Accountant and Secretary of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director and Vice Chairman of Guangdong Utrust Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. Mr. Shaofeng also served as the Deputy Chief Accountant and Director of CRSC Innovation Investment Company Ltd from 2012 to 2016; Deputy General Manager, Chief Accountant and General Counsel of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Co Ltd from 2011 to 2012. He served as the Chief Accountant of China Railway Track Systems Group Co Ltd from 2007 to 2011.
