Mr. Ernst Tanner has been the Chairman of the company since 1994. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company. Previously, he held various senior management positions at Johnson & Johnson Group in Europe and the US for more than 25 years. Mr. Tanner has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Swiss Swatch Group since 1995 and the Vice Chairman since 2011. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the German Krombacher Brauerei GmbH and the Austrian SIGNA Group.

Mr. Adalbert Lechner has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2022. Previously, he served as a as a member of Extended Group Management at the company from 2011 to 2016 He joined the company in 1993 as Chief Executive Officer of the Austrian subsidiary company and also served as the Chief Executive Officer of German subsidiary Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprungli GmbH in 1997. Earlier, he held various management positions in marketing and sales at Johnson & Johnson and L’Oreal.

Mr. Martin Hug has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company from 2011 to 2016. Earlier, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lindt & Sprungli UK, Senior Controller of Lindt & Sprungli (International) AG, and held various roles with a global coffee trading company in Latin America.

Ms. Nicole Uhrmeister has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Capri Sun Group Holding in 2016. She has 15 years of experience in various Human Resources leadership roles for multinational FMCG companies. Earlier, she served as the Senior Human Resource Manager at Coca-Cola HBC (Schweiz) AG in 2006.
