Mr. Evan G. Greenberg has been the Chairman of the company since May 2007 and is its Chief Executive Officer since May 2004. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of AIG. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of AIG Far East in Japan; and President and Chief Executive Officer of AIU, AIG’s Foreign General Insurance organization. Earlier, he held various underwriting and management positions in the global property, casualty and life insurance sectors. He also serves as the Chairman of the US-China Business Council and Emeritus Chairman of the US-ASEAN Business Council.

Mr. John W. Keogh has been the President of the company since 2020 and is its Chief Operating Officer since 2011, and Chairman of North America Insurance of the company since December 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Domestic General Insurance at American International Group (AIG), and President and Chief Executive Officer of National Union Fire Insurance Company. Earlier, he served in various senior positions in AIG, including Executive Vice President of Domestic Brokerage Group and President and Chief Operating Officer of Lexington Insurance Company. He also served as the Head of Field Operations at AIG. He started his insurance career as an Underwriter with AIG in 1986.

Mr. Peter C. Enns has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Global Co-Head of Investment Banking Coverage at HSBC. He also served as Global Head of Financial Institutions Group and Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance Coverage at HSBC. Previously, he served for over 20 years at Goldman Sachs at various senior positions including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs Canada from 2014 to 2017; Head of Asia Financial Institutions Group from 2010 to 2014; Partner of the U.S. Financial Institutions Group from 2006 to 2010; Managing Director and Senior Coverage Banker for the North America Financial Institutions Group and as Vice President, Managing Director and Senior Coverage Banker for Goldman Sachs Canada

Mr. George Ohsiek is the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Audit Officer of the company. Previously, he held various roles at the company including Group Controller and Senior Vice President of Global Accounting Policy. He also worked KPMG and the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ms. Frances D. O'Brien has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Risk Officer of the company since January 2022. Previously, she served as the Personal Insurance (CPI) Chief Underwriting Officer, CPI Chief Underwriting Officer for International Business, and CPI Worldwide Underwriting Manager of the company.
