Mr. Jerry D. Davis, Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since February 2020. He has been a Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he served in various positions at National Farm Life Insurance Company (NFLIC), including as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director from 2004 to 2016, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, and as Mortgage Loan Officer. He currently serves as Chairman of NFLIC.

Mr. Gerald W. Shields has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since January 2022 and Vice Chairman since February 2020. He is served as a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Before this role, he served as the Chief Information Officer at FirstCare Health Plans from July 2015 to October 2018. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at American Family Life Assurance Company of New York from 2002 to 2011.

Mr. Jeffery P. Conklin has been the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2019. He also serves as Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer. Prior to this, he served as Interim Financial Officer of the company from March 2019 to September 2019. Previously, he served at American International Group Inc in various positions including as Vice President of Special Projects and Vice President of Financial Reporting.

Mr. Robert M. Mauldin, III has been the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since July 2017. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President for Operations at USI Inc. from September 2015 to July 2017. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President for Marketing at Bank of America from 1992 to September 2015. Mr. Robert has more than 25 years of expertise in marketing, innovation and product development.

Ms. Sheryl Kinlaw has been the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and Vice President of the company since July 2021. She served as Interim Chief Legal Officer from April 2021 to July 2021. Prior to this, she established her own law firm by serving as committed outsourced general counsel or specialty counsel for businesses who do not have the capacity to engage full-time counsel or that need to complement their in-house legal personnel.
