Cochin Shipyard Ltd (CSL) is a government-owned shipbuilding company. It builds and repairs the largest vessels in India. The company repairs various types of ships, including up-gradation of ships in the oil exploration industry and lays up repairs and life extension of ships of Navy, UTL, coast guard, fisheries and port trust and merchant ships of SCI & ONGC. The company offers various products including tankers, dredgers, aircraft carriers, bulk carriers, passenger vessels, electric autonomous vessels, special purpose vessels, Ro-Ro vessels, marine ambulance high bollard pull tugs and air defense ships. The company also trains personnel from graduate engineers to marine engineers. CSL is headquartered in Cochin, Kerala, India.
