Mr. Joe Kaeser has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens AG from 2013 to 2021 and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens AG from 2006 to 2013. Mr. also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Siemens AG and has held a variety of leading positions in finance and strategy.

Ms. Karin Radstrom has been the chief executive officer and president of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as member of executive board of sales and marketing at Scania. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Buses & Coaches Scania. She also served as Director for Pre-Sales & Marketing Communications for Scania East Africa in Kenya. She also served as Director of Fleet & Driver Services. She served fleet management as Product Planner and Product & Area Manager.

Ms. Eva Scherer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this she served as Global Head of Investor Relations at Siemens AG; Chief Financial Officer of Mobility Software at Siemens Mobility GmbH; Chief Financial Officer of Rail Infrastructure at Siemens Mobility GmbH; Global Head of Finance & Performance Management at Siemens AG and Siemens Mobility GmbH; Head of Finance Solutions & Services Asia-Pacific/Middle East and Head of Finance Building Technologies ASEAN at Siemens Pte Ltd Singapore; Regional Controller of Cluster Management Building Automation Asia-Pacific at Siemens Schweiz AG; Business Unit Controller at Siemens Schweiz AG; and Commercial Manager and Project Procurement Manager at Siemens AG. Currently, Ms. Eva also serves as a member in the Board of Management for Finance & Controlling at Daimler Truck AG since 2024.
