Mr. Doreswamy Nandkishore has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as a Director of the company since 2017. Earlier, he served in various positions at a number of Nestlé group companies.

Mr. John Chuang Tiong Choon has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2004. He also serves as a Director for Alsa Industries Inc, Aerodrome International Ltd, Berlian Enterprises Ltd, Ceres Sime Confectionery Sdn Bhd, Cocoa Specialties Inc, McKeeson Investments Pte Ltd, Delfi Marketing, Inc, Delfi Foods, Inc, Delfi Singapore Pte. Ltd. He also serves as a Director of Ceres (International) Marketing Pte Ltd, PT Nirwana Lestari, PT Sederhana Djaja, PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres, PT General Food Industries, and Springbright Investments Limited. Earlier, he served as the President of Wardley Development Inc, California and the Vice Chairman of the Independence Bank of California from 1979 to 1983.

Mr. Joseph Chuang Tiong Liep has been the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer and Director of the company since 2017. He is also a Director of Brands of Hudsons Sdn. Bhd, Ceres Sime Confectionery Sdn Bhd, Ceres Super Pte Ltd, Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd, Delfi Singapore Pte. Ltd., Maplegold Assets Ltd. He also serves as a Director of Pavilion View Holdings Limited, Ceres (International) Marketing Pte Ltd, PT Nirwana Lestari, PT Citra Tunggal Lestari, PT Freyabadi Indotama, PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres, Delfi-Orion Pte Ltd, Delfi Yuraku Pte Ltd and Freyabadi (Thailand) Co. Ltd. Previously, he worked as the President Director of Branded Consumer Division of the company. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and held senior executive positions at PT General Food Industries and PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres from 1984 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the President of McCoa Inc from 1980 to 1983.

Mr. Richard Jeffrey Chung Ting Tshung has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Research at ABN AMRO Securities. He has 28 years of experience in financial management, financial and business analysis, capital raising, investor relations, business development, mergers and acquisitions, special projects and risk management.

Mr. Tan Chay Kee has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the financial controller for the Cocoa Ingredients Division and on executive planning matters. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Seabridge TFX Pte. Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of JB Foods Ltd.
