Mr. Michael S. Dell has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dell Inc. from 1984 until July 2004. Prior to this, he formed MSD Capital, L.P. in 1998, a private investment firm managing the Dell family's capital. He has held various advisory and board positions, including Chairman of SecureWorks Corp. from December 2015 until its acquisition in February 2025 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VMware, Inc. from September 2016 until its acquisition in November 2023.

Mr. Jeffrey W. Clarke is the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Co-Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer from December 2019 to August 2021. Prior to this, he was Vice Chairman and President, Operations and Client Solutions since January 2009. Mr. Clarke also served as Senior Vice President, Business Product Group from 2003 to 2009 and as Vice President and General Manager, Relationship Product Group from 2001 to 2003. He joined Dell in 1987 as a quality engineer after serving as a reliability and product engineer at Motorola, Inc.

Mr. David Kennedy has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2025. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations, Finance from February 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Global Sales from February 2020 to February 2023, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dell Technologies’ Client Solutions Group from April 2017 to February 2020. He joined Dell in 1998 and has served in various leadership roles spanning key areas.

Ms. Geraldine Tunnell has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Field and Partner Marketing of the company. Previously, she served in various management roles at Capgemini and Ernst & Young.

Mr. William F. Scannell has been President and Chief Customer Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he served as President, Global Sales and Customer Operations from February 2020 to January 2026. Earlier, he served as President, Global Enterprise Sales and Customer Operations for Dell Technologies from September 2017 to January 2020. Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Mr. Scannell served as President of Global Sales and Customer Operations at EMC Corporation.
