Previously, he served as the Chairman of VMware Inc. Mr. Dell serves on the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum, the Executive Committee of the International Business Council and is a member of the US Business Council. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of SecureWorks Corp.

Mr. Jeffrey W. Clarke serves as the Co-Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from December 2019 to August 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman and President of Operations and Client Solutions of the company from 2009 to 2017. Mr. Clarke served as the Senior Vice President of Business Product Group of the company from 2003 to 2009.

Ms.Yvonne McGill has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Previously, he served in various finance leadership roles for the company, including Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Chief Financial Officer for the Company’s Asia-Pacific, Japan and China region. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Global Financial Planning and Analysis at Infrastructure Solutions Group.

Ms. Geraldine Tunnell has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Field and Partner Marketing of the company. Previously, she served in various management roles at Capgemini and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Jennifer D. Saavedra has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from December 2019 to March 2021, and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Talent and Culture from November 2017 to December 2019 at the company.
