Denison Mines Corp (Denison) is a mining, development, and exploration company. The company holds an effective 95% interest in its flagship Wheeler River Uranium Project. This project is the largest undeveloped uranium asset in the eastern Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. It also processes ore from the Cigar Lake mine and provides mine decommissioning and decommissioned site monitoring services to third parties. Denison through its joint venture holds interests in various uranium projects in Canada, including the Millennium project, the Kiggavik project, and Christie Lake.
