Mr. Ron F. Hochstein has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lundin Gold Inc. Mr. Hochstein also held various senior management roles which includes Executive Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the company. He joined Denison in 1999. Prior to joining Denison, he was a Project Manager with Simons Mining Group and was with Noranda Minerals as a metallurgical engineer.

Mr. David D. Cates has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Tax, and the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Caters held various roles at Kinross Gold Corp., and PwC LLP. He also serves as a Director of the Canadian Nuclear Association, and SkyHarbour Resources Ltd.

Ms. Elizabeth Sidle has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she held various roles at Ernst & Young LLP, including serving in the firm's National Accounting and Assurance Group.
