Mr. John Manzoni has been the Chairman of the company since February 2025. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of SSE plc and a Director of KBR, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Atomic Weapons Establishment. He also served as the Chief Executive of the Civil Service and Permanent Secretary of the Cabinet Office at HM Government. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Talisman Energy. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive of Refining and Marketing and Gas and Power at BP p.l.c. Earlier, he worked as a Director of Director of SABMiller plc.

Mr. Sir Dave Lewis has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Tesco plc from 2014 to 2020.

Mr. Nik Jhangiani is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola Enterprises. Mr. Jhangiani served as the Chief Financial Officer of Europe at Coca-Cola European Partners. He worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Bharti Enterprises. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Earlier, he served as the Group Financial Director for Nigeria at Colgate-Palmolive.

Ms. Cristina Diezhandino has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served in various positions at the company including as the Director of Global Category, Scotch & Managing Director of Reserve Brands; Managing Director of Caribbean and Central America; Marketing and Innovation Director of Diageo Africa; Category Director for Scotch Portfolio and Gins; and Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Marketing Director at Allied Domecq Spain, and in various marketing roles at Unilever HPC US, UK and Spain.

Mr. Ewan Andrew has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and President of Global Supply and Procurement of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, he served various roles in the company including the Supply Director of International Supply Centre; Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement, Latin America and Caribbean; Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Distilling in North America. Mr. Andrew held various positions in supply chain, operational management and procurement departments of the company.
