Ms. Debra Crew has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the President of North America and Global Supply, and President of North America of the company. Earlier, she served as a Non-Executive Director of Newell Brands at Mondelez International Inc, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Reynolds American, Inc. She also served as the President of PepsiCo North America Nutrition, PepsiCo Americas Beverages, and Western Europe Region of PepsiCo Inc. Ms. Crew served in various leadership positions with Kraft Foods, Nestlé, SA and Mars.

Ms. Lavanya Chandrashekar has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Diageo North America and Global Head of Investor Relations of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance Global Cost Leadership and Supply Chain at Mondelez International. She served in various senior finance positions at Mondelez International, and Procter and Gamble.

Ms. Cristina Diezhandino has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served in various positions at the company including as the Director of Global Category, Scotch & Managing Director of Reserve Brands; Managing Director of Caribbean and Central America; Marketing and Innovation Director of Diageo Africa; Category Director for Scotch Portfolio and Gins; and Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Marketing Director at Allied Domecq Spain, and in various marketing roles at Unilever HPC US, UK and Spain.

Mr. Ewan Andrew has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and President of Global Supply and Procurement of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, he served various roles in the company including the Supply Director of International Supply Centre; Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement, Latin America and Caribbean; Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Distilling in North America. Mr. Andrew held various positions in supply chain, operational management and procurement departments of the company.

Ms. Louise Prashad has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served in various positions in the company including Global Talent Director, Talent Director of Africa; HR Director of Europe, West Latin America and Caribbean, Global Functions.
