Mr. Jim Fitterling has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2020. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dow from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Fitterling also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Materials Science Division of DowDuPont from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Tate has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Leggett & Platt from September 2019 to June 2023.

Ms. Melanie Kalmar has been the Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of Dow. She also serves as the Director of Dorinco Reinsurance Co and President of the Michigan Council for Women in Technology Foundation.

Mr. A. N. Sreeram has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President for Research & Development of Dow since April 2019. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of R&D of Dow Advance Materials. Prior to joining Dow, Mr. Sreeram served as Global Technology Director and Chief Technology Officer for DuPont Electronic Technologies, Vice president of Worldwide Technology for Cookson Electronics and led the electronic and flat display program for Sarnoff Corp.

Ms. Anjali Gupta Reddi has been the Chief Data Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Global Data Governance officer at Citibank from 2020 to 2022, Global Head- Data & Analytics, Business Data Integrity Officer at Citi Commercial Bank. Ms. Reddi also served as the Head of Analytics Strategy and governance and Vice President for Customer Consulting & Product Strategy at Dun & Bradstreet.
