eHealth Inc: Executives

Ms. Beth A. Brooke has been the Chairman of the company since June 2024. Previously, she served as the Global Vice Chairman of public policy for EY (formerly Ernst & Young). Currently, Ms. Brooke serves as a Director of the New York Times Company, Beta Bionics, Inc. and Tricolor Holdings.

Mr. Derrick Duke has been the Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors of the company since September 2025. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Magellan Health. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Magellan Health. He also served as the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at HealthMarkets.

Mr. John J Dolan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Previously, He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Dolan served as Deputy controller of BNY Mellon from 2017 to 2022. Earlier, he also held various senior finance positions including Vice President - Americas Controller and Global Accounting Policies and Advisory, Vice President, Controller - Global Corporate Services & Enterprise Growth and Vice President - Corporate Segment & Tax Controller from 2004 to 2017.

Ms. Jana Brown has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since October 2022. Prior to this she served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of the Centurion Health. Prior to this she served as a Head of Talent and Total Rewards at CareSource HealthPlan, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Operating Officer, and Business Partner at TIAA.

Mr. Bob Rees has been the Chief Sales and Carrier Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Sales Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Rees served as the Vice President of Medicare Sales and Loyalty of the company.
