Mr. Tang P. Amin has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since March 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President and Director of Schiff Nutrition from March 2011 to January 2013. Earlier, Mr. Amin served as the Vice President, General Manager of Litter, Food, and Charcoal Strategic Business Units at The Clorox Company from April 2008 to March 2013.

Ms. Mandy Fields has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of BevMo! from June 2016 to April 2019. Earlier, Ms. Fields held varied leading positions at Albertsons Company including Vice President of Finance and Analytics from July 2015 to June 2016.

Mr. Josh Franks has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, at Lyrical Foods from July 2018 to December 2019. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Raybern Foods, from April 2014 to March 2018.

Mr. Scott K. Milsten has been the Chief People Officer of the company since August 2016. He also serves as the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of the company since January 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Schiff Nutrition from July 2011 to January 2013. Mr. Milsten served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Celera Corporation from August 2009 to June 2011.

Ms. Jennie Laar has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since May 2022. She has more than 25 years of experience in beauty and retail. Previously, she held various positions at Forma Brands including Senior Vice President of Global Wholesale from December 2020 to April 2022; and Vice President of Global Wholesale from April 2017 to December 2020. Prior to this, she served more than nine years as a Vice President of Sales & Merchandising at Bare Escentuals from February 2013 to April 2017.
