Elior Group: Executives

Mr. Bernard Gault has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he is the founding partner of the investment firm Barville and Co, founded in 2016, and Co-founder of the financial advisory and asset management firm Perella Weinberg Partners.

Ms. Esther Gaide has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, she served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to that, Ms. Gaide served as the Controller of Technicolor. Previously, she served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources for Havas. Ms. Gaide also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Logistics Division and Chief Financial Officer of the Bollore Africa Logistics division and Group Controller for Rivaud Group. She also worked in the External Audit departments of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Thierry Thonnier has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of corporate legal affairs of the company.

Ms. Joanne Deval has been the Chief Information and Digital Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served at Air Liquide. Ms. Deval has 20 years’ of experience in information systems, digital transformation, and innovation.

Ms. Anne-Laure Descleves has been the Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as Communications Director of Eurotunnel and she joined PSA Peugeot Citroen (now Stellantis) as Communications Manager and Spokesperson for the Aulnay site.
