Mr. Andrew S. Marsh has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2013 to 2022. He served as Director of Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi, Entergy New Orleans, Entergy Texas, and System Energy at the company from 2013 to 2022. Mr. Marsh also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi, Entergy New Orleans, Entergy Texas, and System Energy from 2014 to 2022. Previously, he was the Vice President of strategic planning for Entergy-Koch LP. He currently serves as the Chairman of Nuclear Energy Institute and Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited. Mr. March is also the Director of Edison Electric Institute, the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations and Jobs for America’s Graduates.

Ms. Kimberly A. Fontan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Entergy since 2022. Prior to this she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Entergy Corporation, Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi, Entergy New Orleans, Entergy Texas, and System Energy from 2019 to 2022. She currently serves as the President and Chairman of System Energy. Ms. Fontan is also the Director of Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi, Entergy Texas, and System Energy since 2022. She is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi, Entergy New Orleans, Entergy Texas, and System Energy.

Ms. Kimberly S. Cook-Nelson has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since May 2025. She also serves as the Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Nuclear Officer of the company. She was also the Chief Operating Officer of Nuclear Operations from 2021 to 2022. Ms. Cook-Nelson also served as the Vice President of system planning and operations from 2019 to 2021.

Ms. Kathryn A. Collins has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Entergy since January 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Arcosa Inc from 2018 to 2020. She was also the Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Trinity Industries

Mr. Jason Chapman has been the Chief Technology and Business Services Officer at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Entergy Shared Services at the company from 2019 to 2023. Mr. Chapman previously led Global Business Services at Xylem. Mr. Chapman earlier served as a President of Global Business Services at WestRock Company. Mr. Chapman also held leadership positions at IBM in Europe and the United States.
