Mr. Frederick W. Smith has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1998 to 2022 and the President from 1998 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Smith served as the Chairman, President, and the Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Express from 1983 to 1998. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Express from 1977 to 1998, and the President from 1971 until 1975.

Mr. R. Brad Martin has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2011. He serves as the Chairman of RBM Ventures. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Chesapeake Energy Corp from 2015 to 2021, and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Saks Inc from 1989 until 2006. He serves as a Director of Westrock Coffee Company. Mr. Martin served as a Director of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, First Horizon National Corporation, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Dillard's, Inc., Gaylord Entertainment Company, lululemon athletica inc., and Ruby Tuesday, Inc.

Mr. Rajesh Subramaniam has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer from 2017 to 2018; the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications of FedEx Services from 2013 to 2017; and the Senior Vice President of Marketing at the company from 2006 until 2013. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Canada at FedEx Express from 2003 to 2006; the Vice President of Marketing/APAC of FedEx Express from 2000 to 2003; and the Vice President of APAC, EC & CS of FedEx Express from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Subramaniam held various management and marketing analyst positions at FedEx Express from 1991 to 1999. He also serves as a Director of Procter & Gamble Co.

Mr. John W. Dietrich has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Previously, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director at Atlas Air Worldwide. He held various positions at Atlas including the Chief Operating Officer, an Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Human Resources Officer, Corporate Secretary, and the Head of Information Technology and Corporate Communications functions. Prior to this, Mr. Dietrich worked at United Airlines for 13 years. He serves a Director of AAR Corp.

Mr. Robert B. Carter has been the Chief Information Officer of the company and an Executive Vice President of FedEx Information Services since 2007. He also serves as the Co-President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Services at the company. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company from 2000 to 2007; the Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from 1998 until 2000; and the Vice President of Corporate Systems Development of FedEx Express from 1993 to 1998. He also served as the Managing Director of Systems Development at FedEx Express. Currently, he serves as a Director of New York Life Insurance Co.
