Mr. R. Brad Martin has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Riverview Acquisition Corp until its merger with Westrock Coffee Company. Mr. Martin also served as the Chairman of the Board of Chesapeake Energy Corporation from 2015 to 2021. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saks Incorporated from 1989 to 2006. Earlier, he was a Director of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, First Horizon National Corporation, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Dillard's, Inc., Gaylord Entertainment Company, lululemon athletica inc., Ruby Tuesday, Inc., and Riverview Acquisition Corp. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of RBM Venture Company.

Mr. Rajesh Subramaniam has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer from 2017 to 2018; the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications of FedEx Services from 2013 to 2017; and the Senior Vice President of Marketing of FedEx Services from 2006 until 2013. Mr. Subramaniam also served as the Senior Vice President of Canada at FedEx Express from 2003 to 2006; the Vice President of Marketing/APAC of FedEx Express from 2000 to 2003; and the Vice President of APAC, EC & CS of FedEx Express from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Subramaniam held various management and marketing analyst positions at FedEx Express from 1991 to 1999. He also serves as a Director of Procter & Gamble Co, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Federal Express since 2024.

Mr. John W. Dietrich has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director at Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc from 2020 to 2023. Mr. Dietrich held various positions at Atlas including the Chief Operating Officer, an Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Human Resources Officer, Corporate Secretary, and the Head of Information Technology and Corporate Communications functions. He also serves a Director of AAR Corp and First Horizon Corp.

Ms. Tracy B. Brightman has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief People Office of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company from 2022 to 2023. She held various positions at FedEx Office including the General Counsel and the Senior Vice President of Legal and Human Resources from 2020 to 2022. Ms. Brightman also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications from 2018 to 2020, the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2007 to 2018, and the Vice President of Field Human Resources Operations from 2005 to 2007 at FedEx Office. Earlier, she was the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary of FedEx Office.

Mr. Vishal Talwar has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer, and President of FedEx Dataworks of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Senior Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer of Accenture Technology. He also worked at IBM and Dell Services.
