Mr. Braden R. Kelly has been the Chairman of the company since February 2016. Currently, he has been serving as the Health Evaluation Partner since 2025. Previously, he held various positions at Health Evolution Partners such as Investment Partner from 2013 to 2014 and Senior Advisor from August 2008 to May 2013. Prior to that, he served as an employee, Partner and Managing Director of General Atlantic Partners LLC during 1995 to 2006. He also served in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley & Co.

Mr. William J. Lansing has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since January 2012. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Infospace from February 2009 to November 2010. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at ValueVision Media Inc from 2004 to 2007. Prior to this, he served as a General Partner of General Atlantic Partners from 2001 to 2003. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of NBC Internet Inc from 2000 to 2001; as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fingerhut Companies Inc from 1998 to 2000. He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Business Development of General Electric Company from 1996 to 1998. Previously, Mr. Lansing served as an Executive Vice President or Chief Operating Officer of Prodigy in 1996; and served at McKinsey & Company Inc from 1986 to 1995.

Mr. Steven P. Weber has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company from January 2023 to May 2023. Earlier, he served as the Vice President, Treasurer, Tax and Investor Relations of FICO from March 2021 to January 2023. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer of the Company from November 2010 to March 2021. Earlier, he held various positions with the Company from April 2003 to November 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Financial Analyst of Metris Companies from September 2001 to April 2003. Earlier, he held various positions in Foodservice News from 1990 to 2001.

Mr. Michael S. Leonard has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since November 2011. Previously, he served as the Senior Director of Finance of the company from November 2007 to November 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Finance of the company from July 2000 to November 2007. Earlier, he also served as the Controller of Natural Alternatives International, Inc. from 1998 to 2000. He also served for various audit staff positions at KPMG LLP from 1998 to 2000.

Mr. Richard S. Deal has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer the Company from August 2007 to November 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the company from January 2001 to August 2007. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Arcadia Financial, Ltd from 1998 to 2001. Prior to this, he managed broad range of human resources corporate and line consulting functions with U.S. Bancorp from 1993 to 1998.
