Mr. Jon L Gorney has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National Processing Company from 2004 to 2006. He also served as the Executive Vice President of National City Corporation from 1992 to 2008 and PNC Financial Services Group.

Mr. Thomas Michael Price has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2012. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer at First Commonwealth Bank (FCB). Previously, he served as President of First Commonwealth Bank from 2007 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation in 2012. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Region of National City Bank from 2004 to 2007 and Executive Vice President and Head of Small Business Banking of National City Bank.

Ms. Jane Grebenc has been the Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of the company. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President in charge of the retail, marketing, IT and operations and the mortgage segments at Park View Federal Savings Bank from 2009 to 2012; Executive Vice President in charge of the Wealth Segment at Key Bank from 2007 to 2009; Executive Vice President / Branch Network at National City Bank. She also served at Park View Federal Savings Bank, Key Bank, and National City Bank. Currently, she serves as the President of First Commonwealth Bank since 2013.

Mr. James R Reske has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at United Community Financial Corporation from 2008 to 2014. Prior to this, he served at Keybanc Capital Markets, Inc, Morgan Stanley & Company. Mr. Reske also served as Attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and Sullivan & Cromwell.

Mr. Ryan L. Gorney has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer of Primis Bank and Chief Technology Officer of Panacea Financial. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Professional Bank.
