Mr. Mark R. Widmar has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of First Solar since July 2016. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer from February 2012 to June 2015. He joined the company in April 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Widmar also serves as the Director of 8point3 Energy Partners LP. Prior to joining First Solar, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of GrafTech International Ltd from May 2006 to March 2011. He was Corporate Controller of NCR Inc between 2005 and 2006; business unit Chief Financial Officer for NCR from 2002 to 2005. He also served as Division Controller at Dell from August 2000 to 2002 He held various financial and managerial positions with Lucent Technologies Inc, Allied Signal Inc and Bristol Myers/Squibb Inc.

Mr. Alexander R. Bradley has been the Chief Financial Officer of First Solar since October 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Treasury and Project Finance of the company. Mr. Bradley also serves as the Director of 8point3 Energy Partners LP. He has more than 10 years in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and business development. Mr. Bradley worked at HSBC in investment banking and leveraged finance.

Mr. Markus Gloeckler is Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Co-Chief Technology Officer from July 2020. Mr. Gloeckler also served in various senior positions at First Solar which include Vice President and Chief Scientist and Senior Vice President, Module Research and Development. Mr. Gloeckler joined the company in 2005.

Mr. Kuntal Kumar Verma is the Chief Manufacturing Officer of the company since 2022, Previously, he served as the Chief Manufacturing Engineering Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Vice President for Global Manufacturing Engineering of the company from 2012 and joined the company in the year 2002. Prior to joining First Solar, held several engineering and operations positions at Reliance Industries Limited.

Ms. Caroline Stockdale has been Chief People and Communications Officer of the company since October 2020. She has more than 20 years of operating experience in finance, business leadership, human resources and process excellence, ranging from large global companies to entrepreneurial start-ups. Ms. Stockdale served as the Chief Executive Officer of First Perform, CHRO of Medtronic from 2010 to 2013 and Warner Music Group from 2005 to 2009 , and Senior Human Resources leader in global divisions of American Express from 2002 to 2005 and General Electric from 1997 to 2002.
