Ms. Revathi Advaithi has been a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as the President of the Electrical Sector for the Americas region, and was also responsible for North, South and Central America region. Prior to this, she served as the President of the Electrical Sector for Asia Pacific in Shanghai, China. Prior to that, she served as the President, and Chief Operating officer at Eaton Corp Inc for the Electrical Sector business, and was also responsible for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region of the company. She was also associated with Honeywell International Inc. for six years.

Mr. Paul Lundstrom has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings. Prior to this, he held various roles at United Technologies including Vice President of Investor Relations; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Building & Industrial Systems Division – North Asia; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Climate, Control & Security Division – Asia; and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carrier Building Systems and Services Division.

Mr. Cameron Carr has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2021. In his role, Mr. Carr will oversee the company’s corporate strategy function and focus on developing and implementing strategic investments, initiatives and partnerships for near and long-term growth. Prior to this, he served as Head of Competitive Strategy at Microsoft Corporation for the US. Prior to Microsoft, he was a founder of a technology and entertainment company.

Mr. Gus Shahin is the Chief Information Officer of the company. He is responsible for driving the company’s corporate IT strategy and delivering agile, scalable systems and tools, allowing seamless collaboration, pricing, contract management, and planning across all sites. Mr. Shahin will also focus on implementing artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, and industry 4.0 technologies. Previously at Flex, he was responsible for the global implementations of core supply chain IT systems, customer and segment IT support, customer solution architecture, and the knowledge management/e-learning teams. Prior to this, he managed the factory operations, mobile/consumer IT teams, and global IT deployment.

Mr. Xavier Boza has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to joining Flex, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Campbell's Soup Company. Previously, he served as Latin America Human Resource as well as implementing a Human Resource shared services model at Kellogg Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Boza also held global human resources roles at Kraft Foods, Hess Corp, Grunenthal Pharmaceutical, and Abbott Laboratories.
