Ms. Revathi Advaithi has been a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Currently, she also serves as a Director of Uber Technologies, Inc. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Electrical Sector at Eaton Corporation plc from 2015 to 2019 . Prior to this, she served as the President of Electrical Sector of Americas at Eaton from 2012 to 2015. She held various positions at Eaton including Vice President and General Manager of the Electrical Components Division from 2008 and 2012. Ms. Advaithi also held various senior roles at Honeywell including Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell’s Field Solutions business from 2002 and 2008. Earlier, she held various positions at Eaton including leading the Electrical Sector in the Americas and Asia-Pacific from 1995 and 2002.

Mr. Kevin Krumm has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of APi Group Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Krumm served as the Corporate Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Global Finance Shared Services at Ecolab Inc. He held various roles at Ecolab, leading the Industrial segment finance team and regional finance teams across multiple continents.

Mr. Hooi Tan has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2024. Previously, he served as the President of Global Operations and Components at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at the company from 2016 to 2022. Mr. Tan worked at Solectron in various leadership roles in operations, program management, business development, and government affairs.

Mr. Daniel J. Wendler has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Keter Group SA. Prior to this, Mr. Wendler held various roles at Carrier Global Corporation including the Vice President and Assistant Controller from 2020 to 2021 and the Vice President and Controller from 2015 to 2020. Previously, Mr. Wendler was an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse LLP.

Mr. Cameron Carr has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Head of Competitive Strategy for the US at Microsoft Corporation. Previously, he also was a founder of a technology and entertainment company.
