Mr. William Clay Ford, Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he held various management positions within the company, including Vice President of Commercial Truck Vehicle Center and the Chief Executive Officer from October 2001 to September 2006. Mr. Ford also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Detroit Lions Inc and trustee of the Henry Ford Museum; and Director of Business Leaders for Michigan.

Mr. James D. Farley has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Farley also served as the President of New Businesses, Technology and Strategy; Executive Vice President and President of Global Markets of the company. He served as Executive Vice President and President of Ford Europe, Middle East and Africa, Senior Global Leader for Lincoln, Group Vice President of global marketing and Canada, Mexico and South America. Mr. Farley also served as a Group Vice President and General Manager of Lexus and other various senior positions at Toyota.

Ms. Sherry House has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance at the company from 2024 to 2025. Ms. House also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Lucid Motors from 2020 to 2023. She was the Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations at Waymo from 2020 to 2021 and Director of Corporate Development from 2019 to 2020.

Mr. Ashwani Kumar Galhotra has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Ford Blue unit and President of Ford Americas at the company. Mr. Galhotra also served as a Group Vice President at Lincoln and Ford’s Chief Marketing Officer roles.

Mr. Kyle Crockett has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Carrier Global Corporation.
