Mr. Roger Dall'Antonia has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Customer Service & Technology and worked in operational, financial and business development executive positions within the Fortis group of companies and its predecessor companies. He is a member of the Corporate Committee of the Western Energy Institute, the Customer Council of the Canadian Electricity Association, the Canadian Gas Association, and the Executive Advisory Council of CS Week. Mr. Dall'Antonia served in a senior financial role in Westcoast Energy and Versacold Income Fund.

Ms. Tracy Medve has been the Chairwoman of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chair of the Air Transport Association of Canada. Ms. Medve also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of KF Aerospace Group of Companies.

Mr. Ian G. Lorimer has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Finance of FortisBC since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of its sister entity, FortisAlberta Inc. Previously, Mr. Lorimer held various finance roles, including Senior Manager at Smythe Ratcliffe Chartered Accountants.
