Mr. Mohammad Abu-Ghazaleh has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1996. He serves as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of IAT Group Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Trading Company from 1986 to 1996. He also served as the Managing Director of Metico from 1976 to 1986.

Ms. Monica Vicente has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2003 to 2022. Ms. Vicente also worked at Ernst & Young for six years.

Mr. Mohammed Abbas has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2022. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and Middle East Region in 2019. Mr. Abbas also served as the Vice President of Middle East and North Africa from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he was the Vice President of Fresh Produce and the General Manager of Del Monte Saudi Arabia from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Abbas also served as the General Manager of Del Monte Foods UAE from 2007 to 2009.

Mr. Hans Sauter has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of R&D and Agricultural Services of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate R&D and Agricultural Services of the company from 2014 to 2019. He also served as a Director of Agricultural Services and New Development from 1998 to 2012, and as the Vice President, Agricultural Services & Special Projects for the Colombia, Ecuador, Central America and Brazil (CECAB) region of the company.

Mr. Effie D. Silva has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer since 2022. Prior he served as Ethics & Compliance Leader at Cargill, Inc. from January 2020 to 2022. Ms. Silva served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Tyson Foods, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he worked at leading law firms, including Duane Morris, LLP in Miami from 2017 to 2018, McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP in Miami from 2013 to 2016 and Baker & McKenzie, LLP in Miami from 2005 to 2013.
