Mr. Vincent J. Arnone has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company from January 2014 to March 2015. Mr. Arnone has been the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations. Previously, he also served as the Consultant of the company from June 2010 to August 2010; and served as a Treasurer and the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Treasurer and the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Arnone served as Controller and Financial Director from 1999 to 2003. Currently, he also serves as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015.

Ms. Ellen T. Albrecht has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the Acting Treasurer and Controller, and Principal Financial Officer from 2020 to 2021. Preceding this, she also served as the Vice President, Operations Planning and Control from 2012 to 2020. Ms. Albrecht also served as th acting Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from March 2010 to July 2010. Before this, she served as the Vice President, Controller from 2007 to 2010. Previously, she served as the Controller from 2004 to 2007. Ms. Albrecht also served as the Accounting Manager from 2000 to 2004.
