Mr. Sandeep Kumar Gupta has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance Division on the Board of Indian Oil Corporation Limited from 2019 to 2022.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jain serves as the Director of Finance of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance & Accounts of the company. Mr. Jain also serves on the boards of Indraprastha Gas Limited, GAIL Global (USA) Inc, GAIL Gas Limited, and GAIL Global (USA) LNG LLC. He also served on the board of Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Ltd.

Mr. Deepak Gupta serves as the Director of Projects of the company. Prior to this, he has an experience of more than 31 years in the Oil and Gas sector and was responsible for project management, business development functions, and construction management.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar Agarwal has been the Compliance Officer and Secretary of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President, Secretary, and Treasurer of Gail Global (USA) Inc.; and the General Manager of Finance and Accounting. Mr. Agarwal also served as the Senior Executive Assistant to C&MD.

Mr. Sandeep Sarkar has been the Chief Vigilance Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he has an experience working in the Government of India offices including Ministries of Defence and Home Affairs, and Cabinet Secretariat, in the areas of Public Policy formulation, Regulation, Project Management, Public Financial Management, Governance with ICT and Human Resource Development.
