Mr. Viktor Alexeevich Zubkov has been the Chairman of Gazprom since 2008. He also serves as the Russian Special Presidential Representative for cooperation with gas exporting countries forum since 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Zubkov served as Russia's Special Presidential Representative for Cooperation with the Gas Exporting Countries Forum and as Director General of Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo between 2012 to 2014. He also worked as the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation from 2008 to 2012. Mr Zubkov was also the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation from 2007 to 2008. Preceding this, he was also the Head of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service from 2004 to 2007. He also served as the First Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation, Acting Chairman of the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Russian Federation from 2001 to 2004.

Mr. Alexey Borisovich Miller has been the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he worked as Deputy Energy Minister of the Russian Federation in 2000. He also worked as Director General of Baltic Pipeline System from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Miller was also the Director for Development and Investments of Sea Port of St. Petersburg from 1996 to 1999. Preceding this, he also worked as the Head of the Markets Monitoring Division, Foreign Economic Relations Directorate, External Relations Committee of St. Petersburg Mayor’s Office, Head of the Foreign Economic Relations Directorate and Deputy Chairman of the External Relations Committee from 1991 to 1996. He was also the Junior researcher of Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute in 1990.
