Mr. Michael P. Doss has been a Director, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Mr. Charles D. Lischer has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Teradata Corp. Before this, he held various positions in finance and accounting at The Coca-Cola Co as the Vice President of Finance for North America Brands; Vice President Finance for European Group; Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Mr. Michelle M. Fitzpatrick has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of the company since 2021. She worked for The Chemours Company, and Titanium Technologies.
